$5,000
$1,500 retainer fee with $3,500 due at signing with a surrogate

$20,000 for first-time surrogate. Previous surrogates and proven surrogates may request higher compensation.

$200 monthly allowance, beginning the month contracts are signed, ending after pregnancy has been established.

$500 paid during fourth month of pregnancy. If multiples, amount will be negotiated.

$125-250 of a one-year life insurance policy paid to the surrogate's family.

$2,250 — We recommend our attorney, who is very familiar with the surrogate process.

Rocky Mountain Surrogacy, LLC will do everything it can to keep fees and expenses reasonable.

• Psychologist screening for both Intended Parents and Gestational Carrier
• Background check for both Intended Parents and Gestational Carrier
• Numerous other services

Additional Expenses

Intended parents will be responsible for any and all fees incurred by the surrogate mother on behalf of the surrogacy arrangement, including medications, medical insurance, co-payments or deductibles, medical, hospital facility, mental health, attorney's fees, and possibly medical or disability insurance. Other expenses may arise, such as Gestational Carrier's lost wages or bed rest, child care, house-cleaning, excessive travel, etc. Professionals' actual fees may vary. Actual cost can be determined by contacting the professionals directly.
